The shop describes what it carries as handmade, fair trade, and eco-friendly — small-maker goods rather than anything you would find in a chain — and keeps a standing collection of handmade pottery alongside the gifts and household things.
It is open seven days: eleven to seven through the week, ten to six on Saturday and Sunday. The Chopping Block sits a block up the same avenue, which makes the two an easy afternoon.
